Why Jev

Один decide возвращает тему, тон, серьёзность и сигналы возврата/chargeback для ветвления очереди. Пример: сломан offline sync + угроза отмены → topic=bug, высокая серьёзность, путь эскалации — без черновика ответа.

How to define the decision

state = текст отзыва (опционально звёзды / версия приложения). Choice для темы и тона; Score для серьёзности; Noul для refund_pressure и chargeback_risk. Наборы меток идентичны стадиям CRM.

Авто-маршрут только для тем с высокой уверенностью. Средняя уверенность или высокий Noul возврата/chargeback → человеческая очередь. Score серьёзности — для приоритизации, не для авто-возвратов.

Failure modes and human fallback

• Upstream or network errors: retry with backoff; do not invent a decision.
• Low confidence: route to a human queue or safer default — never auto-act on money/destructive tools.
• Schema drift: keep a golden fixture set in CI so label changes fail the build before production.
