How to define the decision

state = texto da avaliação (e opcionalmente estrelas / versão do app). Choice para tema e tom; Score para severidade; Noul para refund_pressure e chargeback_risk. Mantenha os conjuntos de rótulos idênticos às etapas do CRM.
