1. Who we are

jevtypesafe.org is an unofficial community resource and independent product surface. This is an unofficial community resource. We are not affiliated with TypeSafe AI. “Jev”, “System One”, and “TypeSafe AI” belong to their respective owners.

2. The product

We provide a hosted decide API (customer API keys such as jv_live_…) and hosted decision tools that call an upstream decision model on your behalf. You purchase prepaid input tokens for these products. We do not give you TypeSafe or Cloudflare upstream keys, and we are not affiliated with TypeSafe AI.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep passwords and keys secret. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass billing, or misuse the service.

4. Tokens & payments

Prepaid input-token balances are sold via Stripe. Successful API and signed-in tool calls deduct measured input tokens from your balance. Consumed tokens are non-refundable. Unused prepaid balances are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or if Stripe payment fails/is reversed. There is no SLA or uptime guarantee. Outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong — you must review results before acting on them.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

resell, sublicense, or redistribute upstream provider keys (you never receive them through this site)
circumvent billing, quotas, or security controls
submit unlawful content or content you are not authorized to process
use automated means to exhaust free trials in bad faith

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for prepaid tokens in the three months before the claim.
