This policy explains what jevtypesafe.org collects when you use hosted tools, accounts, prepaid credits, and the decide API. This is an unofficial community resource. We are not affiliated with TypeSafe AI.
1. What we collect
Account email and optional name; password hashes (never plaintext passwords); API key hashes and prefixes; prepaid token balances and Stripe customer/checkout IDs; tool and API usage logs (timestamps, token counts, latency, IP-derived rate-limit keys); password-reset tokens; first-party aggregate traffic metrics for operations (crawler user-agents when IP-verified, referrer categories, country codes, landing paths — admin-only, not sold, no third-party advertising pixels); and content you submit to tools or /api/v1/decide (state text and questions) for the duration needed to run the model and meter usage.
2. How we use it
To authenticate you, meter prepaid tokens, prevent abuse, process payments via Stripe, send transactional email (password reset, admin operational alerts), improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, D1, KV, email sending, AI gateway upstream); Stripe (payments); optionally Google (sign-in and/or Google Analytics 4 when enabled). Upstream model providers process decision payloads you send through our hosted API.
4. Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as needed for accounting/abuse prevention. Usage logs may be retained for operational and security review. You may request account deletion by contacting support; we may retain minimal records required for legal or fraud reasons.
5. Cookies & local storage
We use a session cookie for sign-in, a language preference cookie, and localStorage for theme and anonymous trial identifiers. If Google Analytics 4 is enabled for this host, Google may set analytics cookies; we do not run advertising pixels.
