1. Who we are

jevtypesafe.org is an unofficial community resource and independent product surface. 이 사이트는 비공식 커뮤니티 리소스입니다. TypeSafe AI와 제휴 관계가 없습니다. “Jev”, “System One”, and “TypeSafe AI” belong to their respective owners.

2. Service Description

We provide a web-based decision modeling tool. Platform credits grant access to our proprietary interface, visualization, template library and session management features. Cloudflare Workers AI is used as an underlying inference provider. You are purchasing access to our software tool, not raw model API access, model tokens or neurons.

This service may be modified, limited or interrupted due to upstream model provider changes. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information. The Visual Editor, Batch Processing, and Template Library are proprietary web features metered by platform credits. Batch uploads are stored temporarily and deleted after job completion. Private templates are visible only to your account. Existing /api/v1/decide API clients remain supported without breaking changes.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep passwords and keys secret. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass billing, or misuse the service.

4. Tokens & payments

Prepaid packs are digital goods: input-token capacity for our hosted decide API and tools (not a physical product, and not a resale of upstream TypeSafe keys). Please try the free anonymous tool runs and any registered monthly grant before buying, so you can confirm the product fits your use. Successful API and signed-in tool calls deduct measured input tokens from your balance. Consumed tokens are never refundable. Unused prepaid balances are generally non-refundable once purchased — including wrong pack size, change of mind, unused capacity, or dissatisfaction with model outputs — except where required by law or if a Stripe payment fails or is reversed. Outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong; you must review results before acting on them. Unhappy with a decision result is not a refund reason. There is no SLA or uptime guarantee. For billing or charge disputes, email {supportEmail}; we may review usage logs when responding.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute upstream provider keys (you never receive them through this site)
• circumvent billing, quotas, or security controls
• submit unlawful content or content you are not authorized to process
• use automated means to exhaust free trials in bad faith

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for prepaid tokens in the three months before the claim.
